Shipping Information

At Studio Triple C, we take great care in packaging and sending each item to you with love and attention to detail.

• Nationwide Delivery: We currently ship across South Africa.
  
  
• Delivery Times: Please allow 3–7 working days for processing and delivery, depending on your location and the product type.
  
  
• Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
  
  
• Local Pickup: If you’re in Durban, a local collection option may be arranged upon request.
  
  

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey to your door.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you’ve chosen, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
  
  
• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Due to the nature of custom pieces, including refurbished and made-to-order items, these are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
  
  
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss the available options.
  
  
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
